He lived in Caroline County and was the husband of Lydia Barratt (daughter of Philip Barratt, Barratt's Chapel).Born in 1773 and died in 1829, father of the Matthew who married Martha Rumbold they lived near Preston. I have't been able to get any farher back on this line and would appreciate any leads.Thanks.
