I tried e-mail but it bounced back. Below is the obituary from The Calvert Recorder, July 10, 2002:
"Joyce May Rhynes, 59, Lusby
Joyce May Rhynes, 59, of Lusby, died July 1, 2002, at Calvert Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, Ray J. Rhynes, Jr. of Lusby; sons, Ray J. Rhynes, Jr. of Lusby, Royce Dean Rhynes of Wilson, N.C., James Edward Rhynes of Mitchellville; daughters Avon Michelle Stewart of Snow Camp, N.C., Lora Jean Rhynes of Lusby, Carolyn E. Gibbons of Lusby; and 10 grandchildren. Memorial services were held on July 3, 2002, at the Rausch Funeral Home, by the Rev. Vicki Curry. Arrangements were handled by the Rausch Funeral Home in Port Republic."
