Hi, Craig, Thanks for trying to clarify the records. However, I interpret this differently: BARNES' "Balto. Co. Families, 1659 - 1759," says that on 9 Apr. 1703, Thomas PRICE made oath that Thomas PRICE, Sr., decd., owed no one at the time of his death. BARNES indicates that years of the immigrant Thomas PRICE were ca. 1610 - ca. 1701. Abstracts of Inventories of the Prerogative Court also has that date, 9 Apr. 1703, as the inventory of Thomas PRICE, Sr., 22.79, SM, appraisers Wm. AISQUITH & John MILLES, administrator Thomas PRICE. There were other inventories for Thomas PRICE, 24.101, Charles Co., 10 S 1703, appraisers Thos. DAVIS & Wm. SMITH. // Thomas PRICE, 25.147, Charles Co., 1 Mar. 1704, admx. Elisabeth PRICE. Thomas PRICE, 32C.149, PG, 8 Aug. 1711, appraisers Hezekiah BUSSEE & Geo. NAILOR, admx. widow Elisabeth. John PRICE 33A.175, PG, 7 May 1712, had same appraisers & no other names. Then Thomas PRICE, 33A.177, PG, 9 May 1712, listed receipt from Capt. John BRADFORD & payments to many, admx. Elisabeth PRICE. In Mar. 1706, Thomas PRICE received payment from the estate of Thos. LOW, 26.155, SM. I think we can say with certainty that neither of our Thomas PRICE ancestors died on 9 Apr. 1703 because I do not know of anyone appearing in court on the date of death. However, it is possible that either the immigrant or his son was called "senior" by 1703. Never give up!
