The census of 1860, Calvert, had at Huntingtown, DIXON, Rebecca, 51; Hesekiah, 24; James, 22; Benjamin, 18; Barbera, 20; Thomas Knett, 9; & Mary, 3 mos. Census of 1900, Upper Marlboro, Prince George, MD, DIXON: Benjamin, 60, married 37 years Wf. Susanna, 56, had 6 ch., 5 living Eldridge, 20; Sinclair, 19; Benjamin, 17; Verney, 15; Susanna, 13; John D., 11; & Elmer, 9. This is a real puzzle. If they had been married 37 years & had five living children, why were the SEVEN children all 20 and younger? And did Susanna have children when she was 43, 45, & 47?
