On 10 Aug. 1663, Jas. WARDNER assigned title to Patrick DUNCAN. DUNCAN deeded to Mary GIBBS, widow, 15 May 1671. Mary GIBBS remarried, to Alex. GARDNER, and after his death, she deeded, Je. 1684, to John MCCUBBIN, late of AA, decd. Rerecorded at request of Moses MCCUBBIN, son of sd. John, 10 Mar. 1712/13.
