Need information on William R. McWhirter, born ca. 1858 in TN (probably Hardin Co.; possibly McNairy Co.)
Also his brother George W., born ca. 1861. I found a marriage license issued to a George W. McWhirter and Rachell Purson (Person????) on 1-13-1898 in Chester Co., TN. Have been unable to locate any further info on this couple.
Any help appreciated.
