Does anyone have any information on a McWaters that was sent to the Nebraska State Prison after having taken part in some of the James/Younger activities? This Mcwaters was supposedly shot in the back while trying to escape--although some said he was only on his way to the outhouse--he would have had Davis realatives from Andrew Co./Nodaway Co., Mo. Thanks!
