Please help me find Catherine's parents.
I descend from Catherine McRae b. 1761 Scotland d 28 Nov 1851 Robeson County,NC who m. Murdock McInnis b. 1745 Argylshire Scotland d 16 Jan 1842 Richmond County.They had seven children: Sarah (Sally), Mary, Margaret, Christine, Nancy, Daniel & Catherine. I think Murdock's father was Malcolm.
Catherine (Katie) McInnis b. 1801 m. Daniel McLeod b. 1802 on 20 May 1834. They had two children: Mary Jane McLeod 31 May 1835 d 15 May 1913 m. 12 Apr 1855 NC to Peter Paisley Smith and second child Margaret Ann who m. Col. Robert M. Fields from Virginia.
