Some of the information you require is in the Rev George Jacksons records in the presbyterian library in Belfast.I have some details on the McNeill side as follows taken from the above. William McNeill (m. Eliza Jane Anderson) -his father was Andrew McNeill (wife not known) and his grandfather was also Andrew McNeill. The latter had a brother William whose daughter Jennie married a William Morrow (hence my interest).Your William had siblings Rachael (m. William Taggart), Ester (m. Thomas Wilson of Munie(son Alex Wilson of Munie), Another sister m. Andy Taggart, Martha m. Sam Mills, Another sister m. Robert Robinson whose second wife was Martha Ellen Morehead, Another sister m. Mills, James White McNeill (of Brecough), David McNeill, another sister m. John Purdy.
My in laws live in Ballinacaird so I could check the more recent family.I have little information on the Andersons except for one interesting case.A boy named Abe Anderson was reared (for some unknown reason) in the same family as my grandmother Morrow. In his babtism records in the old presbterian Church in Glenarm where he was christened by my grandmothers mother he is described as " the illegitimate son of a Braid farmers daughter and the servant boy".So there was obviously some connection between the two families.E-mail me your response.further information on this McNeill family and possibly the Andersons back to 1860 should be readily available in the records of Buckna Church which are excellent.
