My two best clues so far are for the family of Laird Archie. Hector (1751-?1833) and Neill, who left land to his sons in Cumco, on Upper Little River. The catch is that Neill's will was in Robeson, 1808. I think something is wrong here, because he was in 1810 census Marion Co. SC. Harllee's Kinfolks insists this Neill is the father of those McNeills who went to Wilcox AL. I am dubious. Elvalee
