Thank you for replying to my request. I have given up on finding a Neill McNeill that lived in Cumberland Co. that married Nancy Stone of Moore Co.,. I know that my grandpa told me they married and lived in Moore Co.,. I decided to search the 1850 Census of Moore Co. for any Nancy that was married to a McNeill hoping that someone would have more information on the ones I found that married a Nancy..
hoping that someone familiar with the McNeill family could identify each Nancy's maiden name.....
I would appreciate any help anyone could give...
