Seeking any information about Mary Ellen McNees b. 6-19-1833 in TN. She married a Dr. Walter Cyrus Cruikshank early 1850's. Looks like they lived most of their married life in MS. Dr. Cruikshank died during the Civil War ca 1865 in Tunica County, MS. Mary Ellen died 9-6-1925 in Inverness, Sunflower County, MS. Would appreciate any clue about Mary Ellen's parentage.
