Carr Smith's 2nd wife was Margaret Staley. I have no info on her. James Monroe was born in Lawrence Co.,Mo. & lived in Mo., Ar., Tx., Ok., & in N.M. where he passed away 11/25/1909 His children were: James Hawkins 6/17/1869, Mary Minerva 10/30/1871, Charles William 4/17/1874, Neoma Leona 8/1/1877, infant 6/15/1880, Roderick Monroe 4/22/1883, Gladys Edith 5/12/1892, Audry 4/2/1893, Winnie 10/6/1894, Carr Smith 3/1/1896, Laurel Lee 3/13/1898, Louis Cass 3/11/1901 & Raymond H. 12/22/1903.
