Hi David,
My husband also fits into your McNamar tree. I have the family of John Corder/Calvin McNamar down to your grandfather, Richard born 12-18-1871 then it stops. I would like anything more that you have. Our line comes from John's youngest, Issac who is buried in Scotland Co. Mo.
I wish we could come up with John's parents. So far we haven't been able to. I did see in one writing that John was Scotch and Welsch but have not been able to prove that.
Dod you have a birth place for John C.? I still do not know for sure what his middle name is. I have seen it as Corder and Calvin and just C. in lots of things. I would like to exchange information with you.
Thanks,
Caroline
