Hi Barbara:
I hope I find the real Michael McNally. The Michael McNally I am interested in is born in the mid 1750's and I believe he was a Loyalist and served as an Ensign in 1783 with the Prince of Wales American Regiment and he served 61 days inclusive.I am interested because his dau, Mary Esther McNally, born in Queensbury, York Co., N.B. No date but I would guess circa 1790.She married Robert Campbell, son of Tamberlane Campbell (another Loyalist) and Hester Cunnabell.Robert was born in 1786 in Jacksonville,Carleton Co., N.B.Their first child was Michael Campbell, born in 1808 and married Mary Ann Churchill of Wakefield, Carleton Co., N.B.The info on Mary Esther McNally just indicated that her father was Michael McNally.Would like to know more about Michael and, hopefully, find the name of his wife, date they were married and date of Mary Esther's birth. My guestimate of Robert Campbell & Mary Esther McNally's marriage was around 1806-1807.
Hoping to hear from you.Elizabeth
