He was my grandfather born in Belfast in the late 1800's. He left Ireland and moved to Western Canada prior to WWI. Moved back to serve in WWI.
Married a Canadian Marion Pope. Settled in Bangor and had three children William, Neil and Claire. Left Bangor and Ireland in 1940 to Western Canada, he left after the war and died in London Ontario Canada in 1974.
No record of his parents names or birthdates, but he had a brother who went by the name of Laddie (this might be a nickname)
If anyone has information to help with the McMurray connection I would love to hear from you.
