Have any McMullen researchers done DNA testing? I have been unable to connect my Clayton and Wilson McMullen who lived in Randolph, Miller, and Early County (1850-1900) to the Capt. Jim McMullen group who settled Clearwater, FL or to the other McMullens in Burke Co, Thomas and Colquitt Counties in GA.
I'm wondering about cost and how to use the results. Also I've heard it has to come from a male descendant but does he have to have the McMullen name?
