I am looking for information or relatives to James McMullan of Rafriland, Co. Down, N. Ireland. He later came to the US, and they changed his last name at immigration to James MacMullin. He would be my great, great, grandfather. His wife's name was Elizabeth, I do not know if she was from Ireland or if they met here. I am thinking I remember being told they met on their way here and married shortly. But cannot be certain. His children were, James, Lena, Samuel, Fanny, and Sarah. Was told that he was possibly forced from Ireland, but do not have any dates on his arrival. I do have a family tree if anyone would be interested, but it only goes up to my father's generation, though I can fill in most of mine and some of the next. I will be travelling to Ireland in a few weeks actually.
