J. A McMillion Died February 13 1933

J. A McMillion, age 89 died Feb. 13, 1933, at 8:15. He was living with his daughter, Mrs. S. A. Griffin, at Kinta. He leaves to mourn his passing two daughters, one so, two step-daughters and one step son. The remains were laid to rest in the San Bois Cemetery.

Hoping to share and exchange additonal family history with descendents of John A McMillion aka a John a McMillion/McMillan & J A McMillion/McMillan, Corley's and other related families, and any census data for this family in OK.

This is my GG grandfather John Amon McMillion, b 15 Oct 1843. He married Caroline Victoria Corley abt 10 Nov 1876. Caroline was b abt Aug 1848, d 9 July 1899. This was Caroline's 2nd marriage.

Children of John Amon McMillion & Caroline Victoria Corley:

1) Lee Nora McMillion b 4 Dec, 1877, d 4 Jul 1887

2) Zara Alice McMillion b 13 Apr, 1879

3) Silvester Hassee McMillion b 23 Jul, 1881, d Jan 1923 or 1953

4) Euvenia Miriam McMillion b 11 Apr 1883 in Birmingham, AL, married Ninion Leonard Palmer 22 Aug 1900 in Choctaw Nation Indian Territory OK, d Jan 1918. Euvenia is buried at the Palestine Cemetery, Russelville, Pittsburg county, OK (near Quinton OK) My great grandparents.

5) Elizabeth Catherine McMillion b 6 Jun 1885


John Amon McMillion's step-children:

1) Suzan Corley b 9 Jan, 1870

2) M F (Fanny) Corley b 4 Dec 1871

3) Clem A Corley b 21 Jun, 1875

These are the children of Caroline Victoria Corley and her 1st husband W R Corley. His first name maybe Wist or West (sp?). W R Corley d 22 Aug 187? (the photocopy is cut off).

Looking forward to additonal information. This is all I have on this line.
