There is a photo of an original signed Parchment document dated 27 September 1853 on website http://www.familychest.co.uk/default.htm (use the free surname search).
It concerns the will of James Cochrane who died in 1852. He directed that his real estate be sold and the proceeds divided between his 6 sisters - Elizabeth GILRAY, Mary AFFLEK, Jane WOOD, Ellen BAXTER, Margaret ALEXANDER, and Jannett PIRRIE and also the children of his brother Philip COCHRANE.
