She was born March 1900 in Wyoming County and died 9 Sept 1923 in Oak Hill, WVa.
According to her death certificate, her parents were Joe MCMILLON and Nancy AKERS. I have found no other information about her parents.
Vacy was married to John W. Hood, son of Stephen HOOD and Caroline ALLEN. Their children were: Ruby M., Basil, Wildie Eunice, William Alfred, Ernest.
