I have just discovered information on my gggrandparents Dr Edward W McMillan (b:Sep 5, 1826 in Al d: 1883 in TN) and Carrie (Caroline) A Allen (b Feb 9, 1828 in VT d:1916 in Mo ).
They were married in Daingerfield TX Mar 17, 1857.
They seem to have only been in Tx for a very short time.
Any information on the parents of either of these folks or any other information would be very much appreciated.
