Mrs. FLORENCE MCMILLAN MCDONALD
Mrs. Florence McDonald died at the home of her son, GUS MCDONALD, at Comanche, Sunday, Sept. 18, after a short illness.

FLORENCE MCMILLAN was born in Freestone County, Texas Feb. 21, 1858. She married first to C. C. TAYLOR at age of 17 years. To this union were born five daughters, all of whom preceded her in death. She married E. Z. MCDONALD in 1889.

Mrs. McDonald professed faith in Christ when a child and united with the Methodist Church. She lived a constant Christian life until death. She was a pioneer citizen in and around Healdton for 38 years. She reared her family to manhood and womanhood here.

Funeral services were held at the Baptist Church at Graham Monday afternoon, Sept. 29, with Rev. J. C. DODSON conducting the services. Interment was at Graham cemetery.

Mrs. McDonald is survived by four sons, GUS MCDONALD of Comanche, ARCH MCDONALD of McMann, JIM MCDONALD of Forsom, Texas and BILL MCDONALD of Gladewater, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. MATTIE FARMER of Marlow and Mrs. W. L. DEAN of Healdton; three brothers, R. G. WRIGHT of Countyline, J. T. WRIGHT of Healdton and W. M. WRIGHT of Fresno, California.
