Hey David,
I am glad to hear that you have submitted a DNA sample. Do I understand correctly that you had 15 matches on the 25 marker test? Were those perfect matches? Are your results posted anywhere at the FamilyTree DNA site? Unfortunately, while I am a McMeans it is not through my paternal line, nor am I familiar with any other male McMeans who have descended from my gggrandfather Eli McMeans, born 1832 in Tazewell. However, I will have to continue to look and see if that individual would be willing to participate in the study. Thanks again for your willingness to participate!
