I am searching for some information for a friend. He is looking for any information of Allan Mcleod, born 1846, P.E.I., and his wife, Christina McSwain. Allan died 14 Aug. 1893. Christina died 22 Nov. 1893, aged 50 years. My friend believes that Allan Mcleod came from the Isle of Skye, Scotland. Any information will be appreciated. My friend does not do computer research. I found Allan and Christina McLeod in the 1881 Census of P.E.I., with Margaret, age 9, John, 7, Malcolm, 3, Mary J., 3, and John A., born May. Also in the household were John McSwain, age 40, born Scotland, and Mary McSwain, age 33,born P.E. I. Would appreciate any information and ancestors of this family. God bless. Isabel Morse Maresh
