On the picture page of the Gibson County, TN History website
is a picture of Young Atkins McLemore.

The caption notes that he was born in North Carolina in 1810, and moved to Tennessee in the 1820s. He was a farmer and landowner in Gibson County and later became a Cumberland Presbyterian minister. Died in Madison County 1884.
I'm looking for more information about him. I saw one post by John Ellington back in 2002 that listed a Young Atkins McLemore married to Rachel Perry Dodd, and a son named Charlie Givens McLemore born 1871. Is this the same person?
BTW, Rachel Perry Dodd McLemore's icture is also in the picture section.
Just wondering where this Young Atkins McLemore (apparently called Atkins) fits in the family history.
