Hi Lindsay
I've been going through the information that you sent me-I think that you are home and dry!
You have the death of Robert McLeish-this clearly states that he is the son of James McLeish and Jean Robertson etc.

I got the death of James McLeish for you-he was the son of William Mcleish and Margaret Stewart.

I'll try and find James and his family in the 1841 census for Blairgowrie-or George McLeish in 1841, 1851 or 1861-just to prove that George is the son of James or at least that he was born in Caputh-I may be able to do this tomorrow-it just depends on the availability of film readers at the local library
