Looking for the parents of Mary W. McLaurin b. Mar. 6, 1832. Mary is the second wife of Jacob H. Lampley. Jacob's first wife, Barsheba died in March of 1861. Mary and Jacob's first child was born in April of 1863, so their marriage took place in late 1861 or early 1863. They lived in the White Store/Gulledge Township area until 1881 when they moved to Chesterfield, SC.
I have considered that Mary may have been married previously and the widow of a McLaurin, rather than a McLaurin by birth. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
