INSANE -- Officer Clarkson arrived in this city from San Francisco yesterday morning, in charge of Mary MANNING and Catharine McLAUGHLIN, under commitments, for the Insane Asylum. In addition to these was a Chinaman, who was taken insane on board the J. Bragdon, while making the passage to San Francisco on Wednesday night, and attempted to commit suicide by hanging.
