Hi Glenda, My Great-great grandmother's name was Flora McLauchlin, born around 1831 in Canada(pretty sure she was born in Ontario) She married David Whitney(b:1830 in Mass, died in Detroit, Michigan in 1900)He was quite a well known lumberman and banker)I can find nothing about Flora's ancestors.I do know that she had a sister Sarah McLauchlin, Born about 1845..After Flora died(?)in Detroit, my gr-gr-grandfather David, married Sarah!!!What a snake!!!!!Any info you could come up with would be great...Thanxs, Tracy
