Hello. I am looking for information on my family's roots. Most of my Mclaren family has roots in Panama/ Costa Rica and previous history probably includes time spent or origins in Jamaica. One frequent explaination is that a Scotish/ Irish settler spent some time down in Jamaica or Central America. The earliest decendant I can find is Charlie Mclaren whose daughter Blanche Mclaren Reeves with Horatio/Horace Gumbs gave birth to my grandfather Albert Mclaren/ Mclaran. Any info or correspondence would be appreciated
