Angela,
I have a great grandfather who lived in and near Mill City Or. He was married about the same time Dec. 10, 1865. he was born in Fredricksburg KY 1832, his parents (we believe were) Samuel and Katie (Kesiah or KItty) McLain.
Fredricksburg KY is in Gallatin County KY and is now called Warsaw, KY.
Follow this link to the Oregon State Library and search for McLane. You will find some pictures of the Samuel McLane/Josephine McLane family, her parents (Berry) and some others. It could be fun and interesting.
