Your Charles McLane was buried July 14, 1903 in the People's Cmemetery in San Andreas, Calaveras County, California. He was in the county at least since 1900. I stumbled upon him because he was on a 1908 list of potential Civil War veteran gravesites. Would you happen to know if he served in the Civil War?
