I am looking for help tracing a family member Agnes Campbell born in Lochgair Scotland in 1851 (ish).
Agnes marries a Hugh McLachlan on the 23rd of September 1875.
They then appear on the 1881 Scottish Census with 3 children, John b1877, Duncan b1877 and Janet b1880.
There is no trace of Agnes or Hugh on the 1891 or 1901 Scottish Census. They do not die as Agnes is mentioned in a family letter in 1914 although it gives no information on her whereabouts.
My guess is they emigrated, possibly to Canada or the USA.
Can anyone please help me track them down?
