I am searching for my line of the McCoy family in the 1870 census .
I do not know the name of the father as I have different names from different sources for his name..... some are William, William Warren, Warren, Wylie Warren, etc....
I think he married Susan or Mary Wallace & by Jan 1865-66 they had a dau named Sallie /Sarah ...
In the 1880 census Mary , wife of my unknown McCoy is in Stewart Co.,Tn with children Marion ( Richard Marion ) , Mary , and Will ( William Warren )McCoy
A few doors away is Sarah/Sallie , and she has married within the year to John Thomas Huchison/Hutchison/Hutcherson-
The family stays in the Stewart & Montgomery Co's of Tn although Richard Marion does venture to Trigg Co.,Ky but returns to Montgomery and William Warren (my line ) ends up in Muhlenberg Co.,KY...
Any leads or advice on this line of the McCoy family is needed much !!!!
