I have this Robert McKown in our family tree,he has a brother William.Father to these brothers is John McKown born in Ireland 1721,he came to the Albany New York area around 1767 and died in 1801 in Cherry Valley,New York.Robert can be found inMontgomery County and William in Albany County.My family of Mckowns and Fitzgeralds ended up here in Norfolk Virginia,feel free to email me.
