I am looking for information on Mary Mcknight of Van Zandt County TX. This is my ggrandmother. In 1880 census of Van Zandt she is married to my ggrandfather Micheal McNamee
(later name became Mclemee). Micheal died 1882. Mary married Amos Biddy in 1885 and had two children. Amos died in ? In 1899 she married James H. Burlison. She is in the 1900 census with Jim. On her marriage license to Jim she went by M.J.(probably Mary Jane). I believe her name was Mary Elizabeth. In the 1880 census a neighbor was A.J.McKnight born 1820. Mary shows her birth as 1853. I believe she was related to this group. Also a Mary E. born in 1853 was found in the 1870 census of Lafayette County ARK with a father of James T. Mcknight. A son Benjamin moved to Van Zandt Caunty before 1880. Have not found any definitive proof of her parents. I would appreciate any information. Thanks Robert
