I am trying to find information on a McKissick family from Aroostook County, Maine. Samuel G McKissick was the head (born 1870) married to Clara Isreen (born 1876). There were 13 children born between 1893 and 1913. The youngest, born in 1913 was my Grandmother Floris G, she married Carl Swantee. They had 2 children together, Nancy and Theodore Carl. Theodore is my father. Samuel was from England. I think he may have come to Maine through Canada.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?
