Going through some old paperwork found another John McKissick listed on a 1850 Sevier County, TN Census. Maybe someone out there is connected and can shed a little light on where he fits in. It list as follows: John McKissick 58 (1792), Martha 47 (1803), Matilda 22 (1828), Rebecah 20 (1830), James 18 (1832), Mary 16 (1834), Nancy 13 (1837), William 12 (1838), Harrison 11 (1839), John 7 (1843) all listed as being born in Tennessee. The dates and birth places might be off as they can be on census. But they don't fit My John or some of the othes that I have found. Maybe he will fit in someone elses. Hope so.
