I am looking for the parents of Great Great Grandmother Mahala McKinzie (McKinzy) born about 1812 in South Carolina. She was married to David O Hix (Hicks) about 1841 in Abbieville South Carolina. She married George C. Peavy in July 1868 in Mississippi.There are some trees online which show her as the daughter of Benjamin McKinzie (McKinZy), but these are not sourced.
