I'm looking for information on my great, great grandmother, Mary Jane McKenzie, who married Wilson ROSE, Jr. and gave birth to at least two children (Columbus ROSE-- who married Cora ADKINS-- and Sarah ROSE-- who married Squire Reuben ADKINS).
Most likely, Mary Jane was born in the 1840s or 1850s, but I don't know where or to whom she was born.
From the info I have so far, Mary Jane McKENZIE and Wilson ROSE, Jr. spent at least part of their lives in the area of Russell County (part of which became Wise County), Virginia.
The last name could be spelled incorrectly and might appear as any variation of McKenzie.
Any information will be greatly appreciated.
