My Grandmothers maiden name was Madeline Mckinnon and she had a brother who was a Colonel in the US Army prior to and during WWII. Oral history from my family has him as being responsible ( or in charge of )for the construction of the fortifications at Corregidor (Philipines). He passed away many years ago and I do not recall his first name. I am currently the eldest living male in my family and would appreciate any info on Col. Mckinnon. Thanks
