Hello. I have recently been able to break a major brick wall in my family research. The new facts I have been able to gather tell me that Mourning MCKINNIE, daughter of Col. Barnaby MCKINNIE, is my 6th great-grandmother, as she was the wife of my 6th-great-grandfather, John POPE, as listed below:
