I received your query re: Issac Ricks and Sarah. I hesitate to say that Sarah was Barnaby McKinnnie's dtr. The dates just don't come out right. I would hesitate to give you any more information than if you would go to the web and punch in Isaac Ricks - search.
Barnaby's will nor Mary Exum Ricks McKinnie's will mention a dtr. Sarah. Barnaby does give land in Calledony Woods to s son-in-law Isaac Ricks. This would mean, to me,that Isaac was the son of his wife, Mary Exum who was married to Jacob Ricks and they had an Isaac. I realize that this is all open to interpretation and this is mine.
