Do you or someone you know have their genealogy information posted on a Geocities site? Sometime later this year (2009) Yahoo is closing down the Geocities site. They have not been notifying webmasters or individuals by email.
It is important to spread the news so that those who have posted their genealogy information to a Geocities site can move the information to a new location before the information disappears forever.
