GA Genealogical Society Quarterly: 1804, Nathan Smith's settlers, orig. settlers left outside of Col. Hawkin's Line, lived nr. Wofford Settlement, in Cherokee Nation lying between Currahee Mt. & the headwaters of the Oconee Rivr.; Sherod, Vincent Bowman and Johnson McKinney.
