I am hope that this might bring up a possible surprise connection. My grandfather was Robert McKinley Flatt (b) abt. 1780/? in Tenn. moved to Arkansas married Minnie Cathleen Breazeale(b)4/4/1900 had twin daughters 1918, Mammie survived because she is mentioned in the 1920 Texas census (she died 1902 Kennett, Mo.). After moving to Coleman, Texas, Edna Robbie 1920-2003 & (twin died)1920, George "Alfred" 1922-1991, Henry Bell 16 Dec 1925-24 Dec 1989(my dad), RC (his name not initials) 1926-1982, Louis Lee 1928-1977 these were born in Coleman, Texas whenthey moved to Kennett, Missouri Earl James was 18 mo. when he passed away, Robert McKinley "Junoir" drown about 16 or 18 Mississippi River when water released from Dam, Clifford "Cotton" is still living in Lincoln, Illinois, Nellie was youngest and just died 2002 in Missouri was married to George Castle.
Also it is believed through 2 sisters that Robert had been married in Michigan and had a young daughter die of cancer don't know name of this child or the mother.
Aunts also said that there was daughters Lola and Ina which father was Winfred or Fred did not know if wife was Lola or Lula. They lived in Lampasas, Texas
