I have a copy of a census page from Wauseka Wisconsin for 1860-70-80. In house #530 lived James and Catharine McKillip, both age 70, born in Ireland. In house #531 lived James-37-Scotland, Catharine-30 Ireland, James-7-Iowa [1880 says PA],William-5-Iowa, Catharine-3-Wis, Elisabeth-6/12. By 1880 Dennis-18, John-16, Isabella-14, Edward-9 and Neil-7 were added Next door at house #532 lived Dennis-68-Ireland, Catharine-70-Ireland, Patrick-35-Scotland, Catharine-25-Ireland,James-2 Wis, Jane-1-Wis, Catharine-8/12-Wis. By 1880 it read; Patrick-50-Ireland, Catharine-44-Ireland, James-23, Jenny-22, Catharine-21, Edward-20, David-17, Adora-15, Henry-14, William-12, Bridget-11, Mary-10, Patrick-7and Maggie-5. James of house #531 was the son of James of house #530. His wife, Catharine was the daughter of Dennis of house #532. Dennis's wife's maiden name was McCormick. I received this as part of some geneology info from my sister. My family comes from the Dennis branch of this conglomeration. In 1979 we were in the large hotel at Lake Louise, Canada. They had Scottish geneology there. From what I could determine we are an Irish sept of a Scottish clan. There is Irishfest held in Milwaukee every year as part of the ethnic festivals all summer. It should be the weekend of the 18th of Aug Let me know if ths helps. Tom
