Back to finding missing threads of my family tapestry.
HENRY MC KERNAN, now isn't he the hard one to track down.
I've all but given up. No idea where he came from except the North. Came to America approx.1880's. Married later in life to a ELIZABETH DAVIDSON. Had three children. Died when they were young, on a railway accident. Did find out his one son died during WW 1 in Ft. Dix, NJ from the influenza. Going to try to apply for his military records with hopes that info. may be noted on government papers. Was told he came from a small down not too far where his wife was born. No other info. but opened to any suggestions. Thank you sincerely,
Maggie
