I am looking for the family of James McKeown and Mary Doherty. James and Mary were married 13-10-1874
Their children were:
27-10-1875 Michael McKeown
20-95-1877 Patrick
25-07-1879 Peter
03-08-1881 James
20-10-1883 John
16-12-1885 Elizabeth Ann
06-02-1890 Catherine
22-11-1894 Owen
The family came from Letalian, County Down, Ireland. Near Kilcoo.
Son, Peter went to England where he married Mary Mathews from Yorkshire. They had three children who died one after the other and because of illness and grief, he left Mary and went to Boston. She left after him for Montreal and somethime later they met up and started another family.
Raymond being the 2nd child of the 2nd family. He has a brother also, named Denis.
It is possible that James & Mary's son, Owen, ended up in Montana.
If anyone knows anything at all about this family, please advise.
